Spin-fit - Performance
Based
Spin Class - increase your leg strength and
power, cardio fitness and endurance under the
instruction of Olympian Cyclist - Mark French. Water bottle
and hand towel required. Suitable for all levels,
beginners to elite. No cleats required.
Spin-fit
classes are $20 each (casual), or you can purchase a 10
class multi-pass that you can use for Box-fit and
Spin-fit classes at a cost of $150.
