Box-Fit Boxing Training

Box-fit - Boxing Group Training - improve your cardiovascular fitness, core strength, power and endurance whilst enjoying the challenges that our trainers set you. Gloves provided. Water bottle and hand towel required. Suitable for all levels, beginners to elite.

Boxing Personal Training - Harper's also provides one-on-one boxing specific training for people that want to learn boxing, kickboxing or mixed martial arts.

  • At Harper's, all of our Boxing, Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts Trainers are Punch-fit Qualified. Facilities include:

    • Full size boxing ring

    • Boxing bags

    • Floor to Ceiling Balls

    • Speedballs

    • Skipping, Stretching, and Warm-Up/Cool-Down Areas

Box-fit classes are $20 each (casual).

Harper's also provides one-on-one boxing specific training for people that want to learn boxing, kickboxing or mixed martial arts. You will learn:
