Group Training @ Harper’s

Australia's premier personal training studio also provides group training.

Harper's small group classes consist of 8-10 people. Spots fill quickly so bookings are essential!

Indoor Groups include:

  • Box-fit - Boxing Training - improve your cardiovascular fitness, core strength, power and endurance whilst enjoying the challenges that our trainers set you. Gloves provided. Water bottle and hand towel required. Suitable for all levels, beginners to elite.

Box-fit classes are $20 each (casual), or you can purchase a 10 class multi-pass that you can use for Box-fit and Spin-fit classes at a cost of $150.

  • Spin-fit - Performance Based Spin Class - increase your leg strength and power, cardio fitness and endurance under the instruction of Olympic cyclist Mark French. Water bottle and hand towel required. Suitable for all levels, beginners to elite.
