We have the largest and most experienced Personal Training staff in Australia we have a dynamic mix of guys and girls from all types of sporting and academic backgrounds who love what they do.

Our typical client
is someone who knows what they should be doing but has trouble
doing it consistently. Most of our clients use a Trainer for education, direction, organisation, structure, accountability and motivation.

Some of our clients
just want to lose a few kilos, some want to make the Olympic team,
but most just want to be fitter, trimmer, healthier and lighter. Our clients range in age from 5 to 85... but we're looking for 95 year-old.

up as a fully equipped private training facility - minus the crowds!!
Our centre is the largest of it's kind in the Southern Hemisphere
(10,000 square feet) and has equipment levels comparable to most commercial fitness clubs
